Chef Fabrizio Aielli creates his dishes from the heart. He is inspired by the mainstays of the seafood repertoire, using organic and local produce, wild caught seafood, poultry and meat raised naturally without hormones, antibiotics or animal by products whenever possible, emphasizing fresh and seasonal ingredients. The result is an unexpected blending of flavors that sparkle on the palette. The novel combination of foods, spices and sauces give an enlightened character to each dish.
Come for the food - stay for the fun! Sip slow on a YabbaRita or Lava Slide and just enjoy our laid back atmosphere. Yabba Island Grill is the perfect spot in town for the grandchildren, grandparents and the kid in all of us! Yabba offers a casual fun island atmosphere, where you don't have to dress up, and if you do, you'll still feel at home. At Yabba's everything's cool! Every Friday and Saturday night, we go late night with an Island party for the younger natives. The rest of the week is as calm as an island breeze.
Pinchers corners the market on fresh. Seafood makes one quick stop before it lands on your plate. Each day area fishermen take their bounties to the Island Crab on Pine Island for inspection and cleaning; then they’re sent to each of Pinchers' six locations.
